Graham is a graphic artist specialising in contemporary composite digital art, based on his own photographs. A graphic designer for 20 years, he also runs a successful design agency in the New Forest.
The originality of his artwork comes from a passion in making the usual ‘unusual’, using texture and vibrant colour to reinterpret everyday images. Much of Graham’s work is inspired by the seaside and local surroundings.
He is influenced by pop art culture, but also abstract and graphic art as a way of artistic expression, loving the diversity and beauty of varied textures. Always on the lookout for the unusual, the derelict, the dramatic. Graham says “it’s easy to be inspired, living in the New Forest and by the sea. We’re surrounded by coastline, dramatic landscapes, wildlife, shapes and colours, but also unusual architecture and faded glories”.
